What I ate yesterday:

Breakfast: 1 Tbsp. Butter(No pic)

Lunch: Tofu Salad with Brain Octane Oil

Dinner: Edamame Salad with Sesame Dressing, Pork Ribs, Nuts(No pic) and Frozen Pineapples(No pic)

I asked my husband to buy rotisserie chicken, but he bought pork ribs. He said it looked delicious. Oh, well.
101.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.5 lb a week
