starting over again, today. i realized my 10 yr HS reunion is in june. this is my goal. i want to lose 1-2 lb per week for the next 6 months to reach my first goal. i would like to be 180 by the reunion. this would be 47 lb lost. i think it is a doable goal but i cannot let up like i have been over the last 6 months. i have to stay on track. if i do 2 per week, i will be at 173 and i would be ecstatic with that.
227.0 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
