We are doing intermittent fasting and sometimes we eat OMAD - one meal a day.
We eat what we want, and on weekends i will have a cookie or 1/2 a donought with my coffee.

The main thing is the not eating for 16 to 18 hours per day and also along with my husband we gave up alcoholic beverages and that has made a huge difference. Less belly fat, leaner muscle mass and better health.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week

I have also found that alcohol tends to sabotage me! Not sure if it's directly or because it causes me to be hungrier and want naughty foods. Either way I never lose weight on weeks I had a drink.
