Officially hit the 100 pound mark! I'm so excited. It seems that I can do anything in this moment. I'm closer to my goal now than I've ever been. Just 40 more pounds to my "ideal" weight. We'll see what these next few months bring. Now if I can only make it through the rest of the holiday candy season. (get behind me satan! LOL)
175.0 lb Lost so far: 100.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

When you look at the candy - when you feel the temptation to eat the candy - or even think that one taste won't hurt you...Just remember how hard you have been working on losing this weight - you have JUST 40 more pounds to go to your goal. You can do this - you are far better than the temptations!! If you are at a party or you are making holiday treats yourself - carry a "before" picture in your pocket - when you feel the urge to induldge - reach in your pocket - pull out the picture - and you will be reminded why you do not need to eat those treats! Wishing you the best!
