Still got a bit of a loss this week which I'm super happy about as it was my birthday on Tuesday so you know I've been naughty 😉 Still managed to recover 💪
174.6 lb Lost so far: 59.3 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
