Getting back on track.
185.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week

Thanks! I slacked off a bit, but I made that goal and I'm going to hit it.

Totally understand that. Instead of gym time yesterday I got naptime. But there's nothing like the satisfaction of hitting a goal.
