이번주 BMR 칼로리먹엇는대 (1320칼) 병소보다적개먹엇는대 결과는안좋다 지나온 3개월기록보니가 TDEE 칼로리먹는개 (1500칼) 헐신더 효과봤다 this theory confirm about human need at lease TDEE kcal for normal metabolism. 적개먹을수록 인채는애너지를아길라고 점점대사가낮어진다 그랫어 무개가 안내려간다. my average intake kcal jul 1480kcal - 2.4kg / Aug 1570kcal -1.4kg / sep 1660kcal - 1.1kg / oct 1300kcal 3-4 일동안무개가정치다 그리고 3개월기록보면 적개먹으면 분명 그다음날무개내리지만 다시 조금더먹으면 금방올라간다 적개먹엇어 내려가는무개 아무의미업다 그나 대사가잘화동하면 조금많이먹어두 무개가안올라간다 그리고 장속애잇는것💩이나가면 무개내려가고 (이번주는 장속애잇는거매일빼내두 무개변화없음) 결국 대사가 느려젓다는증거
