What I ate yesterday:

Breakfast: BP coffee(no pic)

Lunch: Tofu sauté(leftover), low-fat yogurt with rice bran

Dinner: Sea weed salad with avocados, Natto with okra and flaxseed meal, Rolled egg, Tomatoes and garlic chive soup and Figs(no pic)
100.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 3.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
