Woo-Hoo!@! Another pound gone, hopefully never to be seen again! I'm so happy to see that I've lost another pound. The side effects from most of the meds I'm on is weight gain, so this has been a long road to finding a balance that works with the meds in order for me to actually see weight loss instead of gain. I've been pushing past the pain in my knees to work out (I go to the orthopedic surgeon on the 19th to find when I'm having knee replacement surgery) I know the more weight I lose the better my knees and body will feel.
276.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
