R2D6: - 14.6 Ketosis level 7. Added a collegen peptide choc smoothie yesterday. It did NOT effect ketosis level...YIPPY! I love them, so this is good news. LOL Adding 16:8 IF to stay on track. Broth, shake, dinner...NO SNACKING!
