it has been a little difficult but I let myself have a little treat here and there.
It seemed like I started loosing agaIn when I started the meal replacement.
I am back at it today sometimes the foods I eat that aren't good for me make me sick.
I did a lot of bedrest today and had nausea I drank lots of water and rested and took a zofran.
My motto has become there's always tomorrow and i can do this!
256.7 lb Lost so far: 46.3 lb.    Still to go: 121.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
