I made a 623 calorie breakfast with lots of fruits and yogurt and concentrates that I use from Dynamic Health it will load me with energy for the day I can do my 5-hour exercise and continue to lose weight and be full of energy
252.2 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 52.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
