hovering in the 170s sooooo much better than hovering in the 180s! ok, so i gained a little... to be expected with a big birthday dinner out, and not really practicing any restraint with home dinners lately. i guess i figured if i was working out consistently that i could just eat whatever i wanted (within reason). i'll have to make dinners a little lighter to keep seeing declining numbers.
