It seems as though weight loss is getting to be more challenging lately. I haven’t fully embraced a newer way of eating yet, but still IF 18/6 and I’m assuming my body is adjusting. I’m more concerned with fat loss of course as I’ve lost muscle mass over the past 9 months.
