I'm not logging weight until I'm done with my PMS. I dont need to feel any more irritated than I already do. I have been experiencing sudden back pain which presented itself Friday morning and and I had to stop exercising. I'm not going to be hard on myself, just going to get through it.
I'm am staying positive!
231.0 lb Lost so far: 9.3 lb.    Still to go: 81.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
