not happy! thought i'd get a cheeky weigh in tonight and am not at all happy :0( i'm eating better and working harder making sure there's a calorie deficit and i've gained a whole kg....hmph...
ok dont get disheartened think of the bigger picture i dropped a lot during the first month so maybe its just settling down now??
note to self: tomorrow is another day
219.8 lb Lost so far: 16.3 lb.    Still to go: 54.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are so right, tomorrow is another day! Don't let those discouraging feelings get the best of you. You have done so well so far. Your hard work is paying off. Plus, there will be times you don't see the numbers go down but you can still be losing inches. Stay strong and keep up the good work!
