1370 kcal Fat: 61.76g | Prot: 85.12g | Carb: 131.25g.   Breakfast: Chia Seed, Apel, Yogurt Polos, Greenfields Low Fat Milk. Lunch: Tempeh (Cooked), Fried Tofu,  Cooked Spinach (from Fresh, Fat Added in Cooking),  Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken (Skin Eaten), Boiled Potato. Dinner:  Carrots,  Cos or Romaine Lettuce ,  Tempeh (Cooked) , Fried Tofu,  Boiled Egg. Snacks/Other:  Brown Sugar Liquid,  Latte Coffee, Nescafe Classic, Hershey's Chocolate Chip Hazelnut Cookies. more...
