Ngulang lg ya berat awal 59,9kg hahahaha
Makan bener baru sehari kmren, itupun tengah malemnya masih comot ini itu, tp alhamdulillah turun mayan 2kgan berkat tiap hari olahraga 😄 (ini jln 2 mingguan)
127.2 lb Lost so far: 27.1 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
