More PB stuck around .... ok 👌 time to move back the amount!!

Attempted MAX Chest today, of course my shoulder was talking (bone on bone) to me the whole time. Time to call Kaiser & complete the replacement process!!
168.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
