I should have gained a lot more weight. I don't know what's going on. But I'll go by the scale. Both at the gym and at home so I guess they're right. I guess I wasn't eating as much as I thought I was. I just felt fat and flabby because I wasn't working out. Now I have to work out hard. The triath is 1 week away and I'm not prepared. I swam hard tonight. And I will for the next 5 days. and bike hard. maybe not run so hard. I can walk/run the 5k part of it. but that swim is hard. real hard. I'll be working much harder for the next triath than I did for this one. I had no idea it was going to be so difficult.
125.0 lb Lost so far: 31.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
