A little hungry 😋 yesterday & caught up to me. That 2 tablespoons of Peanut Butter @ 7:30pm, stayed around this morning!!


Hopefully the early morning HIIT Program today will pay off tomorrow. It was a 55 minute Challenge :


• EMOM w/partner-4 sets per exercise group (I go / You go)

• 5 Burpees.....20 Lateral Bench jumps....50 jump rope
• 20 KB Swings....40 flutters

Cardio:

• 400m/300m/200m/100m
• :30 sec hanging
• 15/side SB circles
• 10/side SL hip thrusts
• 4 Rounds (start with Run)

167.8 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
