Today I revisit a low carb lifestyle. I once had great success at this and I can do it again.
I have quite a large amount of weight to lose but there is no rush. So one day at a timeā¤
240.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 90.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
