I'm starting all over. I have fallen off the wagon big time. I had a mortifying moment that has kicked me back into gear. A student of mine asked me if I was pregnant and I'm not! I know I've gained a little weight, but I didn't think it was obvious to other people. So, I've joined a gym and I'm going to seriously start working out. I joined on Monday and I've gone everyday this week. I've really enjoyed it so far. All day, I'm looking forward to getting off work and going to the gym.

I've also started swapping out my unhealthy regular food for healthier alternatives. I'm struggling with the diet now more than anything. I don't like the thought of being on a strict "name brand diet." I like the concepts of South Beach and have had the best results with that one. I need to adopt more of that lifestyle.

So that's where I am. I'm making a solid resolution to get on track. I've always focused so much on the diet and not the workout. I'm switching my thinking and focus and I'm enjoying it so far.

Good for you! don't regret not being at your target weight for you wedding day! I bet your guy didn't care at all. He was just looking at his gorgeous bride! Remember that day as something special, not a fat day! Good plan to get into a gym and work it out that way. I think you'll be successful in time but just remember to keep everything in perspective and balance . Sounds like you're off to a great start so congrats!

that is great that you are going to the gym and that you look forward to doing it. you will definatley see results if you continue to work out. just remember to look at working out as a positive thing and enjoy it. thats is what helps me! i love going to the gym everymorning b/c i know how much better i will feel when i am done. good luck!
