I was concerned with no WO planned today, so Decided on an Active Recovery, brief bike ride to the park. It help burn 400 calories, but I will most likely reduce my food consumption to limit weight gain.

Maybe the yard work will help 🤔🤔🤔
166.8 lb Lost so far: 26.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
