Still bouncing in the 165-168 zone....Feeling Good!

Great Endurance Game this morning & resulting in over 850 calories 🥵🥵🔥🔥.


Energy:
• 1700m rowing
• 800m Run
• 80x AB sit-ups
• 8x Sand Bag 80lbs Carry (50m)
• 80x FM Cable low to high
• 60 Cals Assault Bike
• Ascending 2 Burpees every 5 minutes
• 2,4,6,8,10,etc
• Mix the Routines
• Completed 34:35

DONE ✅
