Another busy day, with High End Activity, Conference Calls & Extra Eating (haha) 🤩.

Back to Maintenance level (Calories) today as I feel comfortable at the current weight.

Indoor WO & concentrated on TRX exercises. One of the Challenges....TRX Muscle Up, set on the floor & power up with the TRX and move them thru the hips. Crazy 😜 exercise!!

Thx again for the New Objectives!!
