😊😊😊😁😁😀😉😀 so happy .after i had full sleep (last night i sleep 9hr) after toilet . my weight was drop 😀😀😀 .
172.4 lb Lost so far: 40.3 lb.    Still to go: 40.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

내 😉😉😁😁 잠을 충분히잣어그런지 아니면 psyllium husk 효과인지 몰르갯음니다

Psyllium husk 효능이 fat 잡고 빼출시켜주는기능이잇다햇어 마셔보는것임니다 재가 fiber 를 많이섭취안햇어 이것으로 대신 먹어요
