losing weight slowly but my health is improving drastically. when i was 430 pounds i was going blind bevause of a clogged artery. now that I've lost 160 pounds my vision is no longer unpaired
273.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
