Lot of coffee, water & calories yesterday, especially dessert items!!


Back on the Grind this Sunday morning & hopefully will knock off a couple pounds?????
170.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
