woohoo! my 2 wk weight in trying not to obesses over the number on the scale but, it feels good that I'm still loosing 4 months later and at a even faster speed then I was when I started. I was loosing half pound then 1lb now 1.5lb a wk that's 3lbs every 2 wks and still no excercise but, I am walking alot more which is all I can do without going into extreme pain. Today I had popcorn and pretzel for breakfast🤭🙈🙊
173.8 lb Lost so far: 74.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week

Yesssss friend 🤗💪 I’m doing the same with the scale and I feel so less stressed! Just trusting my calories intake and swimming. When do your classes start my friend?💜💚

Omg, your bio is my life! 😳 I had my 3rd baby in 2013 and I got down to 199 as I had hit my highest weight back then was 233. I was feeling so good to have lost the 34 pounds and was on my way to try to get back to a healthy weight. I was stuck for a bit and then I found out my daddy had cancer. We had 6 months. Everything fell apart 🥺😞 I developed my very first pneumonia in 2015 and was in the hospital for a week and steroids. Since then I often got the flu or flu that led to my very worse pneumonia 2 years ago when I ballooned to 269.5 lbs 😩 Friend, we have a lot in common ❤️💜💚

I haven't enrolled yet don't want to do online is much harder don't know where either want to swicth schools.
