Great 👍 Morning, although a little warmer this afternoon 100+. Kept weight within my Goal & feeling good for a Friday!!


WO was Run & Run more. Mixed it up a little bit with Rowing, but had to add an extra 100m (400m run switched to a 500 Row).


All Endurance & Energy Routine with nearly a 900 calorie burn .


Plenty of room for Food!!
167.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
