Back from my holidays last Thursday and had lost 0.5lb whilst away. I had increased my calories by 100 to my BMR so that I could have some indulgences. Went over BMR on celebration days but generally stuck to preplanned meals. I think by increasing to BMR has reset my body, hence the 3.5lb loss since Thursday. Tuesday is my official weigh in day. Someone on here said 'consistency is the key' and they're right, it certainly pays off. 😀

Nope not rich, just resourceful. No pensions or benefits but caravan holidays are not too expensive.

Peppleperson, we stayed at a site in Rockbeare which is just outside Exeter. Then we went to Truro, Cornwall. Planning a trip to Yorkshire and possibly Northumberland for either Aug or Sept. I planned all the meals, 1) because we had visitors to the site every evening and 2) I didn't want to go shopping. That way I could track everything before eating it and although I had a few treats, it helped me keep in control.

Love the west country and Yorkshire and Northumberland. We live in a country surrounded by such beauty. Sounds like you planned for success gypsy and success was your reward. Fabulous. Wherever you're off to next enjoy x
