A bit of a gain, from quite a bit of food over the past few days. I ran this morning and had a decent breakfast. I'll work on watching what I'm putting in my mouth! :-)
140.8 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
