Little weight movement, but no more than expected. Still keeping calories in the 2400 - 2500 range & trying to match Protein & Carbs (unfortunately the Carbs taste good!!)


Attempted/attended a HIIT program this morning & it feels as if the Calories are still burning 🥵. Finished with over 675!!

:20 on, :25sec rest 4x
• Heavy Rope
• Jump Rope
• 2ft Jump Box/Pop Squats
• Banded Lateral Runs

Core: :25 sec hold 3x
• Flutters w/Plate
• Planks
• Glute Bridge

Finish: 45 Burpees

Too much FUN!!
166.4 lb Lost so far: 26.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
