267.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's Hard to know what my wts is because I have been very busy and weight myself a number of time the last few days. The wt has been up & down, but I know I have lost a little.

The best way to keep track of your wieght is to do it at the same time everyday, in the same clothes. Besrt is in the morning after the shower, in shorts.
