I am glad my employer realizes the importance of a break from being chained to the desk. She recently allowed us 10 minutes a day when possible, to get away from the desk and excerise. I think she will be surprised at the results, not only the weight loss, but the attitude of those who choose to participate. Being a customer service rep isn't easy sometimes, but the chance to walk away and work off the stress is wonderful!
145.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
