Healthy dinner, but late snack caught up to me!! Need to stop 🛑 around 7:00!!


Back to the Grind this morning & actually did the training outside & kept our distance.....Burned the Calories early with nearly 600 by 7:00am!!!
167.8 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
