Stayed the same this week but that's not awful, been good all week and been doing a lot of cycling so hopefully it's just muscle gain weight 😀❤️💪
171.7 lb Lost so far: 62.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
