Go figure the week I cheat is the week I lose weight. Am I bad person if I don't go to the gym today? I think I worked my arms out way to hard on Thursday, and they are still sore. Friday is normally my only rest day, but I feel guilty. :/
130.0 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I've been there. When you're sore sometimes you need that extra rest day. Maybe your body needed the shake up in the calories to rev up the metabolism to lose? Either way, I'm glad you saw a loss!
