Well starting AGAIN!! think my head is finally in the right mind frame. I am in control of what goes in my mouth -no one else!! I have to make the choice for what's best for me.....not others! Today is a new begining. Making new goals and challenging myself.....because I'm worth it!!
221.2 lb Lost so far: 175.4 lb.    Still to go: 76.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
