Cut a few ounces today, but nothing significant. Fluctuation of these #’s are not unusual.


Attempted Endurance & Energy Routine this morning. A True Challenge.


• Assault Bike - .2, .4, .6, .8, 1.0 miles
• TTB - 2,4,6,8,10 (HKU x 2)
• Burpees Box Over - 2,4,6,8,10
• Jump Rope - 20,40,60,80,100
• Plank - :20,:40,:60,:1:20,1:40
• Run - 200m, 200,200,200,200


The last round was a BEAST, but completed 🥵🥵🤢🤢


Total Cals - 800+
166.8 lb Lost so far: 26.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
