I like to take it everyday and average it out, works for me. But if someone can get obsessive about it then they should avoid it

good, checking weight daily will get more interest/focus on our weight target.

Yeah it does, I use it solely for tracking purpose and try to not let it decide my mood for the day. Now I am used to it
