Slight gain, but nothing significant. Maintenance in the 165-170 range!!


Trying to mix the food, but the carbs seem to follow me every day! Still no major impact in keeping the pounds in their respective areas!! I’m sure the 5-6 WOs per week are a key attribute....
166.8 lb Lost so far: 26.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
