ㅠㅠ resultnof eat 2000kcal yesterday . even i fast 18hr 😄😄 afterbotilet reduce frm 83.1 to 82.6
182.1 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 49.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
