I had a bit of a blow out this week but I'm glad I didn't put too much on because of it. I'm back in track mentally now and I'm not giving up when I'm so close 😀💪
172.6 lb Lost so far: 61.3 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
