No change....Love it!!

Trying a little Endurance today with some 3/2 - 3 minutes on, 2 minutes rest


• Row machine (calories)
• AB May Sit-ups (Reps)
• Jump Rope (Reps)
• MB GOSH (60lbs)
• Air Runner (calories)


After:
• Attempt 5 minute Plank, maintaining form

Should be FUN!!

Time for variety!!!
167.8 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
