This week has flown by.....I guess as we return to work the time seems to match!!

Feeling better after the Cheat Day over the weekend. The body has burned the extra pounds!!


Nice WO for the day. First time attempting Deadlifts in over 12 weeks:

3-4 Rounds
• 15x BB Deadlifts @ 40 to 50% to Max
• 15x Incline Chest Press (50%)
• DB Flys 10x

AMRAP (12 minutes)
• 10 pull-ups
• 1x Sandbag Carey
• 5x Jump Box
• 150m Row Machine

Overall, burned 600 Cals
167.8 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
