lagi ngestuck gaiiss. sejauh ini berkurang 4 kg, hampir 2 bln pdhl. target Agustus sudah masuk angka 7 (79.9 haha). semangaat. semangati aku yah. udh tua nih, 24 :(
187.4 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 57.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
