Ready for the weekend?


Killer Endurance & Energy Routine

• 100 Burpees
• 200 Hanging Knee Ups
• 300 Calories Row/Assault Bike/Ski
• 400 Russian Weighted Twists
• 500 Jump Rope
• 75 minutes
• 1,000 Calories Burned


Try it.....& we thought it would only take 60 minutes......Not!!!!


Time to find excessive Meals (haha)
