Busy yesterday between work & TV News. Doubt that caused a few lost ounces.


Did a Ladder Routine: 8,7,6...2,1
• Stair Runs
• Step-ups (add 10), 18,17,16, etc.
• Push-ups (add 10)
• Banded Bicep Curls (add 10)
• BW Squats (add 10)
• Finished w/15 minute Bike Ride

700+ Calories!! 🥵🥵
166.8 lb Lost so far: 26.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
